{#cooking} Pasta Aglio e Olio with shrimp




Ingredients:
Extra Virginia Olive oil*
Garlic*
Pasta*
Peperonchoni
Shrimp (mostly peeled and deveined)
Parsley
Salt (for pasta)
Water (For pasta)
Parmagino Regiano (optional)

Bring Olive oil and garlic to medium low heat. 
Once the garlic start to fry, add pepper flakes and turn heat low. Multitask by frying the shrimp in the back. 
Leave on the stove (watching carefully) until the garlic turn a good golden color of your desire. (But never burnt)
Turn the oil off and pour over your pasta. Then mix together.
At this point u can also add your fresh parsley. Top with your shrimp ( and parmigiana cheese but I'm against it for this simple dish.) and...VoilĂ .

How to make Jollof rice


#Cooking Jollof Rice. 



    Ingredients. 

    Fry onions in oil
    
    Add tomato paste
    Stir tomato paste and fry. 
    Add tomato blend
    Let cook. That's your stew
  Add cray fish and seasoning. 
    
         Add rice



    
    Stir with a fork for even distribution.

Kenkey and Red snapper

    Fanti Kenkey with fried Red snapper


Ingredients

Fry the fish

Bon appetite. 



#{Cooking} Peppered snails

               Peppered snails 



   Ingredients 
Thoroughly cleaned snails with lemon
Cook snails with onion and salt
Until liquid is almost gone. 
Slice bell peppers and onion
Sauté peppered and onions
Pour blend into pan
Let cook for 5 minutes or so. 
Then add cooked snails. 
And let it cook for about 10 minutes. 

Viola!
