Ingredients:
Extra Virginia Olive oil*
Garlic*
Pasta*
Peperonchoni
Shrimp (mostly peeled and deveined)
Parsley
Salt (for pasta)
Water (For pasta)
Parmagino Regiano (optional)
Bring Olive oil and garlic to medium low heat.
Once the garlic start to fry, add pepper flakes and turn heat low. Multitask by frying the shrimp in the back.
Leave on the stove (watching carefully) until the garlic turn a good golden color of your desire. (But never burnt)Turn the oil off and pour over your pasta. Then mix together.
At this point u can also add your fresh parsley. Top with your shrimp ( and parmigiana cheese but I'm against it for this simple dish.) and...VoilĂ .
